One treatment price, set by home size — whatever the pest. Cockroaches, ants, rats, bed bugs, mosquitoes: the visit costs the same, and the technician treats whatever they find with the full toolkit — baits, traps and spray. You don't even need to know what it is before you book.
The one exception: termite programs (soil barrier or baiting installation) are structural work quoted by building — fixed in writing after the ฿990 inspection, free on any year package.
The re-treat guarantee: if covered pests return between visits, we come back and treat again. Free. Every time.

How does size-based pricing work?+

How much does termite treatment cost?+
Full termite programs typically run ฿5,000–15,000 depending on the structure and method (soil barrier vs baiting). You get a fixed written quote after the ฿990 inspection — free on any year package — and you decide in your own time.
How does this compare to a big-brand annual contract?+
Large franchises typically sell termite-led annual packages from around ฿8,000/year, quoted only after a sales survey. Our 4-Visit Year Package starts at ฿4,590, covers the pests Bangkok homes actually call about — cockroaches, ants, spiders and rodents — and includes a free annual termite inspection. And you see the price before anyone visits.
What happens if pests come back between visits?+
On any year package, re-treats between scheduled visits are unlimited and free. One-time visits carry a 30-day re-treat guarantee.
What if I move house or want to stop?+
We refund your unused visits, no questions asked. Packages are a bundle of visits valid for 12 months — not a contract.
Are products and equipment charged extra?+
Never. Licensed products, all equipment and the photo report are included in every price you see.
Do I have to pay the whole year up front?+
You can split any package into 2 payments at no extra cost. Either way, every visit still costs 27–50% less than one-time.
My place is bigger than 400 m² — what now?+
Estates above 400 m² and commercial sites get a free survey with a fixed quote on the spot. Request one via the contact page.
