Enquiries and chat
When you continue with the quote form, PestsRova receives the name, contact details, property type, pest, notes and any service or package selection you provide. We save a private copy so our team can follow up even if you do not finish sending the chat message. Please include only information needed to arrange pest-control service.
Where information goes
Website enquiries are stored privately on our hosting account and notified to the team's designated email recipients. Opening WhatsApp or LINE takes you to a separate provider. Messages you send there are processed under that provider's privacy policy. We do not receive your chat password or access to your other conversations.
Website records
Website backup records are scheduled for deletion after 30 days by our queue processor. Copies in business email, chat, and service records are managed separately. Contact us about information you have sent if you want it corrected or removed.
Technical data and analytics
The enquiry endpoint uses temporary request counters based on a hashed IP address to limit spam. The website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for traffic and interaction measurement; these services may use cookies and technical information about your browser. Form names, phone numbers and notes are not included in the website's custom analytics events.
