The website lets you request a quote and prepare a message for WhatsApp or LINE. Saving an enquiry or opening a chat does not confirm a booking. Our team needs to confirm availability, the work to be performed, and the price with you before a visit.
Prices and service scope
Displayed residential prices depend on the selected property size and package. Ask our team to confirm any first-visit discount and the final total. Termite programs and structural work require a written quote following inspection. Commercial properties and properties larger than the published size bands require an individual quote.
Packages and follow-ups
Before buying a package, request the written terms covering included visits, validity, covered pests, follow-ups, any emergency response commitment, payment schedule and the calculation of refunds for unused visits. The service scope and exclusions should be clear before you agree to proceed.
Changes and cancellations
Contact our team if you need to change or cancel a visit. Ask for the cancellation and refund conditions that apply to your booking before paying. This page does not introduce additional cancellation charges or replace the written terms supplied for your service.
